Individual therapy

Individual therapy supports you to implement your personal aims and enables you to adapt to changes individually. My work is based on humanistic psychology, in particular on the concept of person-centered psychotherapy according to Carl Rogers which emphasizes a frank and authentic patient-therapist relation. I pursue an integrative approach with which also methods of other disciplines such as body-oriented psychotherapy come to use. I do not offer precast solutions, but a frame in which you can find your own way and where we find out what helps you the best. After approx. 5 sessions, we evaluate how helpful these sessions were and how we should proceed further.
